Shyrobi Trent is a Criminal Justice major and hopes to pursue a career in law enforcement, setting his sights on the U.S. Marshall Service or SWAT. He is an MBK-ACE Scholar, a member of JJC’s My Brother’s Keeper/ACE Program established for men of color to form a strong brotherhood while pursuing their academic goals. He was a finalist for the 2026 Black History Month, Student Recognition Award (BHM-SRA) for his freshman inquiry-based research paper "Mass Incarceration and the U.S. Justice System." In his free time, he likes to read and study.
