My name is Rocio Rodriguez, and I am 30 years old. I am currently an upper sophomore at John Jay College, majoring in Criminal Justice Management. I chose to focus on the Children’s Center at John Jay because I believe it plays an important role in supporting student-parents and their families. As a mother of a three-year-old, I personally understand how challenging it can be to balance school and family life. I truly admire how the center provides a safe, caring environment for children, allowing student-parents to stay focused on their education. My goal is to help raise awareness about the center and the valuable support it offers to the John Jay community.
